Yes. it is walking distance to the beach. It is about 5 to 10 minutes walking to Batubelig Beach, and from this Beach you can wlak through to Petitenget and Seminyak Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa and great option for a family and friends getaway.

Fantastic breakfast and friendly service from Nyoman. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was devine. Pick up service was also friendly and helpful for a late night checkin.

Just didn't like the location. It was dangerous walking on the road to get to the beach. Not a nice part of the beach and probably a long way out of Seminyak main streets to walk.

It’s was lovely to stay you are very welcoming just feel like we would of like more privacy

Everyone is very welcoming, nice and helpful. It was a good location for where I needed to go. The food was nice too and it is a nice place to stay.

Not been able to lock the door to our Villa and only be able to lock our room. You can lock the villa if you are in it but that’s it. You can’t lock it from the outside when heading out. Because of this My partner had someone come into the villa when he was butt naked. The shower head needs fixing, the water only comes out a little bit.

I highly recommend this accommodation. The staff was welcoming from the first moment. The place is wonderful, well-kept, green,big and fine furnishings ... I would move there today ... in short, a dream! I especially wanted to thank Tinyo, he made us feel at home right away and was super helpful and in everything. Das beste war der erfrischende schön angelegte Pool und die Ruhe. Der große TV mit CD und DVD Player. Das sehr freundliche Personal zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit.

Die besten Zeiten sind sicher vorbei, Bausubstanz - naja... wilder Bewuchs am Pool und fehlende poolfliesen sowie aufgespaltene holzteile haben den Erholungsort reduziert. Aus meiner Sicht kein optimales Preis - Leistungs- Verhältnis. ..

Private pool, and very big villa. The place is very green and fresh air. But a lot of insects and big ants. Tinyo from the front office was very helpful in arranging everything for us.

The rooms needs more lights. Its very dark at night you cant see. The door to the villa doesn’t close when you leave, it stays wide open. The pool is a bit cold we couldnt enjoy it that much. The breakfast needs more options. towels and sheets need to be replaced, it wont hurt if the hotel provides new ones, obviously they are old and had been used for a long time.

Loved the villa it was sooo beautiful. The pool was awesome. Plenty for the kids to do.Tinyo was amazing he and the staff looked after us so well. We didnt need to leave the villa at all. Will definately be back.

Only down side was the aircon in 1 room didnt work and we were constantly running out of towels and had to call for more.

We booked this in the morning and turned up 2 hours later due to Volcanic eruption dramas. They were so accomodating and even let us stay on way past our check out. It was so nice to relax by the pool and enjoy the calm of the beautiful gardens.

Very huge villa with lots of greenery.nice pool.celebrated new year's Eve at Finn s beach club which is about15mins drive by taxi .very helpful security staff who arrange s taxi and spa services at any time and very prompt.the villa is close to canggu.welcomed with watermelon juice and freshly cut fruits.manager and security staff very helpful.
